Sonntagsöffnung für öffentliche Bibliotheken

This proposal seeks to allow public libraries to open on Sundays. The goal is to increase accessibility to educational resources and cultural materials for citizens who cannot visit during standard weekday working hours. This change would primarily affect library staff and management, as well as the general public who would gain more flexible access to library services.
