Fakultativprotokoll zum UN-Sozialpakt umgehend ratifizieren

This proposal calls for the immediate ratification of the Optional Protocol to the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (ICESCR). This legal instrument allows individuals or groups to submit complaints to the UN when their social and economic rights are violated. If adopted, this would allow German citizens to seek international recourse through the UN when domestic legal remedies fail to protect their basic social and economic rights.
