Premium Bakery is Kosovo’s Leading Industrial Bakery. Established in 2000, Premium Bakery today has grown from a family business into a premier bakery brand, operating in a 12,000 m2 facility and serving local and international markets with exceptional baked goods. Premium Bakery operates with 7 production lines, products served through 16 retail stores, 4 franchises, and 65 shop-in-shop locations within Kosovo’s largest retail chains. Premium Bakery exports to Croatia and Austria and aims to increase regional and international distribution due to high per capita bread consumption and substantial market value across the Balkan region
