Mission & Goals

NAIS is the National Association for Out-of-Court Settlements in Bulgaria, established as a non-profit initiative by the Bulgarian National Association of Active Consumers (BNAAP) and the Professional Association of Mediators in Bulgaria (PAMB). We operate the first fully online alternative dispute resolution (ADR) centre in the country, facilitating direct negotiations and mediation between consumers and traders. Our mission is to build trust in consumer–business relations on the Bulgarian market by promoting transparency, responsibility, and dialogue. NAIS’s goals are to reduce conflicts through fair and efficient settlements, to empower consumers, and to support companies in strengthening their reputation and compliance with European and national standards.
