Mission & Goals
The primary objective of flexponsive in the area of EU affairs is to provide independent, evidence-based quantitative economic analysis to support the formulation and evaluation of European regulatory frameworks. The consultancy focuses on enhancing the technical robustness of policy positions and legal compliance strategies through rigorous data modeling and academic-standard research.
EU Legislative Interests
The consultancy’s activities specifically target the development and implementation of: - Passenger Rights (in particular air passenger rights): Providing technical assessments on the economic impact of passenger rights legislation and judicial interpretations, assessment of potential reforms - Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM): Analyzing the intersection of trade policy, carbon pricing, and industrial competitiveness within the EU Green Deal framework.
Communication Activities
- Academic Publications: Authoring peer-reviewed economic research and technical papers focused on the evaluation of EU regulatory frameworks - Technical Contributions: Providing quantitative analysis and reporting to support stakeholder contributions in public consultations and expert-level regulatory discussions. - Policy Presentations: Presenting research findings at professional and academic conferences regarding the economic impact and implementation of EU climate and transport policies.
