This Slovak law amends and supplements an existing law concerning mutual assistance between authorities for the recovery of certain financial claims. It aims to improve cross-border cooperation in collecting debts owed to public bodies. This procedure affects individuals and businesses involved in cross-border financial transactions where public debts may be owed. It enhances the ability of Slovak authorities to recover debts from entities in other EU member states.
