Lag (2011:427) om europeiska företagsråd

This Swedish law implements the EU directive on European Works Councils. It ensures workers in multinational companies operating in Sweden have a voice on cross-border issues. Employees in companies with operations in multiple EU countries can now establish or participate in European Works Councils for information and consultation.
