Wijziging van de Wet studiefinanciering 2000 met het oog op het wijzigen van de criteria voor de toekenning van meeneembare studiefinanciering

This procedure concerns proposed changes to the Dutch Student Finance Act 2000. The aim is to adjust the conditions under which students can take their financial aid with them if they study abroad or if foreign students study in the Netherlands. These changes will affect students who wish to study in another EU country or non-EU country and wish to retain their Dutch student finance, as well as foreign students considering studying in the Netherlands.
