Wijziging van de Kieswet in verband met de aanscherping van de strafbaarstelling inzake het ronselen van volmachtstemmen (Wet aanscherping strafbaarstelling ronselen)

Eligible Dutch voters who use or are approached to give proxy votes are most directly affected, as are those who organise or recruit proxy voters, such as political campaigners. Election officials and prosecutors may also see changes in how these offences are handled.
