Wijziging van de Elektriciteitswet 1998 en de Wet belastingen op milieugrondslag ter uitvoering van de afbouw van de salderingsregeling voor kleinverbruikers

This amendment modifies the 1998 Electricity Act and the Taxes on Environmental Grounds Act. It aims to implement the gradual reduction and eventual removal of the net metering scheme, which allows small-scale energy producers to offset their electricity consumption against their production. Small energy consumers, such as households with solar panels, will be affected as they can no longer fully offset their energy bills through the salderingsregeling.
