This legislative proposal seeks to legally protect the cultural traditions associated with the Sinterklaas festival. It aims to ensure that the celebration can continue in its traditional form without facing legal restrictions or prohibitions based on the depiction of certain characters. The proposal would primarily affect organizers of public festivities and cultural institutions, potentially limiting the ability of local authorities to ban traditional elements of the celebration.
