This procedure concerns the ratification of the treaty establishing the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB). The AIIB aims to support sustainable infrastructure development in Asia. Ratification by the Netherlands will allow the country to become a founding member of the AIIB, influencing its governance and investment decisions.
