Vaststelling van de Wet Douane- en Accijnswet BES (Douane- en Accijnswet BES)

This procedure concerns the establishment of the Customs and Excise Duties Act for the BES islands (Bonaire, Sint Eustatius, and Saba). This law aims to modernize and harmonize customs and excise duties regulations in this Caribbean part of the Netherlands.
