Vaststelling van de begrotingsstaten van Koninkrijksrelaties (IV) en het BES-fonds (H) voor het jaar 2016

This is a Dutch parliamentary procedure to formally adopt the 2016 budget statements for the Ministry of Kingdom Relations (budget chapter IV) and the BES Fund (chapter H). The BES Fund finances public tasks on the Caribbean islands of Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba, which are special municipalities of the Netherlands. The budget sets out the planned spending and revenue for that year. The budget mainly affects the Dutch government's relations with the Kingdom's constituent countries and the Caribbean Netherlands islands, including their residents and the public services funded there. It is a national procedure and does not directly concern EU law.
