Samenvoeging van de gemeenten Aalburg, Werkendam en Woudrichem

This Dutch bill would merge the three municipalities of Aalburg, Werkendam and Woudrichem into a single municipality. Municipal mergers are handled through national legislation, which sets out how the new municipal boundaries, council and administration will be organised. The bill was submitted to the Tweede Kamer, the lower house of the Dutch parliament. The residents of the three current municipalities would become residents of one new municipality. Local government bodies, including the councils and administrations, would be combined. This summary is based on metadata only, not the full legislative text.
