Persoonsgebonden Budgetten

This motion concerns the implementation and management of personal budgets (Persoonsgebonden Budgetten), which allow individuals to receive funding directly to purchase their own care and support services rather than receiving care in kind. The procedure affects people with disabilities, the elderly, and their caregivers, as well as healthcare providers and the Dutch social security system.
