By letter of 24.03.2003 the Dutch authorities notified the Commission of the formal decision published on 3 February 2003 (endorsed by the Parliament on 3 March 2003) and giving assent to the Protocole modifing the Benelux uniform law on designs. This Protocole gives transposition to the Directive. Belgium has given its assent by a Bill published in the Moniteur belge on 14.03.2003. Luxembourg has given its assent by Law of 11.08.2003 published on 3.9.2003
