Jaarverslag en slotwet Staten-Generaal 2020

This is a Dutch parliamentary procedure concerning the 2020 annual report (jaarverslag) and closing budget act (slotwet) of the Staten-Generaal, the Dutch national parliament. The closing act formally establishes the final state expenditure and revenue figures for the year, compared against what the budget had authorised. It is the step where parliament confirms how public money was actually spent. The procedure mainly concerns members of the Tweede Kamer and Eerste Kamer and the parliamentary administration, as it approves the accounts for the year. It does not directly change taxes or policies for citizens, but it provides formal accountability on national spending in 2020.
