Jaarverslag en slotwet Provinciefonds 2019
This is a Dutch parliamentary budget procedure concerning the 2019 annual report (jaarverslag) and closing act (slotwet) for the Provinciefonds, the national fund that the Dutch central government transfers to the country's provinces. The closing act sets out the final figures for the fund's spending in that year, comparing what was budgeted with what was actually paid out, and the annual report accounts for how the money was used. The procedure mainly concerns the Dutch national government, the Tweede Kamer (House of Representatives) which reviews and approves the accounts, and the twelve Dutch provinces that receive payments from the fund. It is a financial accountability step rather than a change to policy, so it does not directly alter rules for citizens or businesses.
