Jaarverslag en slotwet Ministerie van Infrastructuur en Milieu 2017
This is a Dutch parliamentary procedure concerning the 2017 annual report (jaarverslag) and closing budget law (slotwet) of the Ministry of Infrastructure and the Environment. The annual report sets out how the ministry actually spent its budget and what it achieved, while the closing budget law formally confirms the final budget outturn for the year. Parliament reviews these documents to hold the government accountable for public spending. The procedure mainly affects the Dutch government and parliament, which use it to assess the ministry's financial management and policy results. Indirectly, it concerns the infrastructure, water management, and environmental programmes the ministry funds, including transport networks and climate-related projects.
