Jaarverslag en slotwet Ministerie van Financiën en Nationale Schuld 2014
This is a Dutch parliamentary budget procedure concerning the 2014 annual report (jaarverslag) and closing law (slotwet) of the Ministry of Finance and the National Debt. A slotwet formally establishes how the actual spending and revenue of a given year compare with the budget the parliament approved, and whether any amounts were over- or underspent. The annual report documents the ministry's results for that year. The procedure mainly affects the Dutch parliament, which reviews the ministry's accounts, and the Ministry of Finance and its agencies, which must account for their 2014 spending. It is a routine accountability step rather than a new policy change for the public.
