Jaarverslag en slotwet Koninkrijksrelaties en het BES-fonds 2017

This is a Dutch parliamentary budget procedure concerning the 2017 annual report (jaarverslag) and the final budget act (slotwet) for Kingdom Relations, covering spending under the Kingdom of the Netherlands' shared affairs and the BES fund. The BES fund finances public tasks on the Caribbean islands Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba, which are special municipalities of the Netherlands. The procedure formally confirms how the budgeted money was actually spent in that year. The procedure mainly concerns the Dutch central government, the Dutch parliament's budget oversight, and residents of Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba who depend on public services financed through the BES fund. It does not itself introduce new spending or policy changes.
