Jaarverslag en slotwet Koninkrijksrelaties 2009

This is the Dutch parliament's formal review of how the Kingdom Relations budget was spent in 2009. It combines the government's annual report (jaarverslag) with the closing act (slotwet), which sets the final spending figures and legally closes the budget year. Parliament uses it to check actual spending against what it had authorised.
