Jaarverslag en slotwet Infrastructuurfonds 2018
This is a Dutch parliamentary budget procedure concerning the 2018 annual report (jaarverslag) and closing act (slotwet) of the Infrastructure Fund (Infrastructuurfonds). The closing act formally establishes the final budget outturn for the fund for that year, comparing actual spending and revenue against what was approved, and gives parliament the chance to confirm that the money was used as authorised. The procedure primarily affects the Dutch government and the Tweede Kamer, which oversee public spending on transport and infrastructure projects such as roads, rail and waterways. It is mainly a accountability step, so it has little direct effect on citizens, though it bears on how infrastructure investment is tracked and reported.
