Jaarverslag en slotwet Infrastructuurfonds 2010
This is a Dutch parliamentary budget procedure concerning the annual report (jaarverslag) and closing act (slotwet) for the Infrastructure Fund (Infrastructuurfonds) for the year 2010. The closing act is the formal legislation that confirms the actual spending and revenues of the fund for that year, allowing parliament to check how public money was used against what was approved in advance. The procedure mainly affects the Dutch government and parliament, which use it to review accountability for infrastructure investments such as roads, rail, waterways and related projects funded through the Infrastructure Fund. It has no direct effect on private citizens beyond the public spending it accounts for.
