Jaarverslag en slotwet Gemeentefonds 2014
This Dutch parliamentary procedure concerns the 2014 annual report and closing act (slotwet) for the Gemeentefonds, the Municipal Fund through which the national government distributes money to Dutch municipalities. A closing act records the actual amounts spent and received in a given year and formally settles them against the budget that was originally approved. The annual report sets out how the fund was used in that year. The procedure mainly affects Dutch municipalities, which rely on the fund for a large part of their income, and the national government, which is responsible for the payments. It concerns the accounts for 2014 rather than new spending, so it does not in itself introduce new policy. This summary is based on metadata only, not the full legislative text.
