This proposal adapts Dutch laws to implement the EU Regulation establishing the European Public Prosecutor's Office (EPPO). The EPPO aims to investigate and prosecute cross-border crimes affecting the EU's financial interests. This affects national legal frameworks related to criminal procedure and cooperation with the EPPO. It ensures the Netherlands can effectively participate in the EPPO's work.
