Si comunica che il decreto legislativo n. 27 del 23 febbraio 2023 è stato pubblicato nella Gazzetta Ufficiale n. 67 del 20 marzo 2023. L'art. 1, par. 1, lett. c) del citato decreto, apporta le modifiche all'art. 10, co. 1 del d. lgs. n. 136/2016 con riguardo al termine per la presentazione della comunicazione di distacco, in conformità all'art. 9, par. 1, lett. a) della direttiva 2014/67/CE.
