This procedure concerns extending the moral and economic benefits currently given to those decorated for military valor to all individuals recognized for valor, regardless of the specific military context. This aims to ensure equitable treatment and recognition for all acts of bravery and service, potentially affecting a broader group of recipients and the associated public funds.
