BIANCHINI ed altri: Istituzione della lotteria nazionale abbinata al "Niballo", Palio di Faenza

This proposal seeks to establish a national lottery linked to the 'Niballo', the traditional Palio race held in Faenza. The initiative aims to promote this local cultural event and generate additional resources through a regulated lottery system. This would primarily affect the organizers of the Palio di Faenza and participants in the national lottery, while promoting the cultural heritage of the region to a wider audience.
