Public Health (Single-Use Vapes) Bill 2025

<p>Bill entitled an Act to prohibit the sale of certain devices that vaporise substances, other than tobacco, for the purpose of inhalation through a mouthpiece and that are not designed or intended to be re-used; to provide for enforcement measures in relation to the prohibition on the sale of such devices; to provide for certain related offences; and to provide for related matters.</p>
