Microenterprise Loan Fund (Amendment) Bill 2024

<p>Bill entitled an Act to amend the Microenterprise Loan Fund Act 2012 to provide for the authorised share capital of Microfinance Ireland to be transferred from the Social Finance Foundation to the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment; for a board of directors of Microfinance Ireland; for a chief executive officer of Microfinance Ireland; for arrangements for superannuation benefits for members of the staff of Microfinance Ireland; and to provide for related matters.</p>
