Health (Amendment) Bill 2025

<p>Bill entitled an Act to amend the Health Act 2004 to provide for revised corporate governance and accountability arrangements of the Health Service Executive; to provide for the conferral of certain functions with regard to those revised arrangements on the Minister for Children, Disability and Equality; to provide for consultation in certain matters between, and joint functions of, the Minister for Health and the Minister for Children, Disability and Equality with regard to those revised arrangements; and to provide for related matters.</p>
