Forestry (Planning Permission) (Amendment) Bill 2018

Bill entitled an Act to amend the provisions of the Forestry Act 2014 to provide for planning permission for all forestry developments over 5 hectares; to amend the Planning and Development Act 2000; and to provide for related matters.
