Criminal Procedure (Amendment) Bill 2025
<p>Bill entitled an Act to amend the Criminal Procedure Act 1967 by providing that a court may order a person convicted of certain offences to attend and be present in court for the sentence hearing for the offence of which the person has been convicted and to provide for related matters. </p>
