Criminal Justice (Temporary Release of Prisoners) Bill 2001

Bill entitled an Act to provide for the temporary release of persons serving sentences of imprisonment, or of detention in St. Patrick's Institution, or persons being detained in a place provided under section 2 of the Prisons Act, 1970, and, for that purpose, to amend the Criminal Justice Act, 1960
