Bill entitled an Act to implement the State's obligations under the Protocol, done at Vienna on the 22nd day of September, 1998, additional to the Agreement, done at Brussels on the 5th day of April, 1973, between Non-nuclear Weapons States of the European Atomic Energy Community, the European Atomic Energy Community, and the International Atomic Energy Agency in implementation of Article III(1) and (4) of the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons, which said Treaty was done at London, Moscow and Washington on the 1st day of July, 1968 and to provide for related matters
