Consumer Credit (Amendment) Bill 2022

Bill entitled an Act to amend the law in relation to providers of high cost credit, including in relation to the licensing of such persons, and for that purpose to amend the Consumer Credit Act 1995 and to make consequential amendments to other enactments; and to provide for related matters.
