Deputy Erin McGreehan asked the Minister for Climate, Energy and the Environment if responsibility for investigating serious fly infestations affecting neighbouring households is clearly assigned between the EPA, local authorities and the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine; if he will outline the respective responsibilities of each body; and if he will consider establishing a single lead authority for such investigations.
