2023. évi LXXXIV. törvény a globális minimum-adószintet biztosító kiegészítő adókról és ezzel összefüggésben egyes adótörvények módosításáról

This law introduces supplementary taxes designed to ensure a global minimum level of taxation. It aims to align Hungarian tax law with international standards to prevent profit shifting and ensure that large multinational corporations pay a fair share of tax in the jurisdictions where they operate. Multinational enterprise groups and large corporations operating in Hungary are primarily affected. The legislation modifies existing tax laws to implement these new minimum tax requirements.
