This amendment proposes to shift approximately €8.78 million in funding from the prison administration budget to the judicial justice program. Specifically, it moves money originally intended for building new prison spaces toward the training of judicial personnel. This change would reduce the budget available for expanding prison capacity while increasing financial resources for professional training within the judicial system in France.
