This procedure proposes an amendment to the French Mining Code to allow existing mining concessions to be extended to include 'related substances.' It establishes that a decree from the Council of State will define these substances and set the conditions for such extensions. This change affects mining operators and concession holders in France, providing them with a legal framework to expand their extraction activities to associated materials.
