Regeringens proposition till riksdagen om godkännande och sättande i kraft av överenskommelsen med Ukraina om ömsesidigt skydd av säkerhetsklassificerad information
This is a Finnish government bill to the Eduskunta (Parliament) asking it to approve and bring into force an agreement between Finland and Ukraine on the mutual protection of classified security information. Such agreements set common rules for how each side handles, stores and shares sensitive government information, so that it can be exchanged safely. The agreement mainly affects government authorities, defence and security bodies, police, and any organisations that handle classified material shared between Finland and Ukraine. Ordinary citizens are not directly affected, though the agreement supports closer cooperation on security and defence matters.
