Komission ehdotus asetusten EU 1303/2013 ja 223/2014 muuttamisesta REACT EU -välineen lisäennakoiden osalta

This proposal seeks to amend existing EU regulations to provide additional advance payments through the REACT-EU instrument. The goal is to strengthen the European Union's capacity to respond to the socio-economic consequences of the Russian invasion of Ukraine. EU member states and relevant institutions will receive increased financial flexibility to address migration, structural policy needs, and regional stability issues caused by the conflict.
