Ενσωμάτωση στην ελληνική νομοθεσία της Οδηγίας 2014/50/ΕΕ του Ευρωπαϊκού Κοινοβουλίου και του Συμβουλίου της 16ης Απριλίου 2014, σχετικά με τις ελάχιστες προϋποθέσεις για την προαγωγή της κινητικότητας των εργαζομένων μεταξύ των κρατών-μελών, με τη βελτίωση της απόκτησης και της διατήρησης δικαιωμάτων συμπληρωματικής συνταξιοδότησης» (L 128/1 της 30.4.2014) και άλλες διατάξεις.

This legislative act incorporates EU Directive 2014/50/EU into Greek law. The goal is to improve the mobility of workers across EU member states by ensuring they can more easily acquire and maintain supplementary pension rights when moving between countries. Workers moving within the EU are affected, specifically regarding how their occupational pension entitlements are treated. This ensures that moving for work does not result in the loss of accumulated pension benefits.
