Τροποποίηση διατάξεων του π.δ. 103/1999 "Κανόνες και πρότυπα ασφαλείας για τα επιβατηγά πλοία σύμφωνα με την Οδηγία 98/18/ΕΚ του Συμβουλίου της 17ης Μαρτίου 1998" (Α' 110) όπως αυτό ισχύει μετά την τροποποίησή του με το π.δ. 309/2003 (Α' 261), σε συμμόρφωση με την Οδηγία 2003/24/ΕΚ του Ευρωπαϊκού Κοινοβουλίου και του Συμβουλίου της 14ης Απριλίου 2003 (L 123/18/17.5.2003).
