Απορρύθμιση των αγορών Λιανικής πρόσβασης στο δημόσιο τηλεφωνικό δίκτυο σε σταθερή θέση στην Ελλάδα μέσω γραμμών πρόσβασης: (α) PSTN, ISDN BRA και managed VOIP, για οικιακούς και μη οικιακούς χρήστες, και (β) ISDN PRA, καθώς και άρση των εκεί επιβληθεισών κανονιστικών υποχρεώσεων, σύμφωνα με τα άρθρα 16 παρ.3 της Οδηγίας 2002/21/ΕΚ, και 43 παρ. 1 (β) και 44 παρ. 4 του ν. 4070/2012 (ΦΕΚ 82/Α/10.04.2012), ως ισχύουν.

This ministerial decision aims to deregulate the retail markets for fixed-line telephone services in Greece. It covers access to the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN), ISDN BRA, managed VoIP, and ISDN PRA. By removing certain regulatory obligations, the measure seeks to foster competition and modernize telecommunications services.
