Τροποποίηση, συμπλήρωση και αντικατάσταση διατάξεων του ν.2331/1995 (ΦΕΚ 173Α') και προσαρμογή της ελληνικής νομοθεσίας στην Οδηγία 2001/97/ΕΚ του Ευρωπαϊκού Κοινοβουλίου και του Συμβουλίου για την πρόληψη της χρησιμοποίησης του χρηματοπιστωτικού συστήματος με σκοπό τη νομιμοποίηση εσόδων από εγκληματικές δραστηριότητες και άλλες διατάξεις.
