Rahvusvahelise Kriminaalkohtu Rooma Statuudi ratifitseerimise seadus
This law concerns the ratification of the Rome Statute, which established the International Criminal Court (ICC). The ICC prosecutes individuals for genocide, war crimes, crimes against humanity, and the crime of aggression. Ratification means Estonia formally agrees to be bound by the Statute. This action strengthens international justice and Estonia's commitment to holding perpetrators of the most serious international crimes accountable.
