Abielu mõiste muutmise kohta perekonnaseaduses (tagasi võetud 21.02.2024)

This procedure proposed to amend the definition of marriage within Estonia's Family Law. The aim was to reflect evolving societal views on marriage. The proposal was initiated by members of the Riigikogu. It would have affected all citizens and legal entities in Estonia concerning marriage registration and recognition.
